DAY 44Dec 07 2015
Experience Sumilon Island as you discover its pristine surroundings, crystal clear blue waters and very accommodating staff. Watch out for the low tide as the long powdery sandbar appears. This site is good for snorkeling. Don't forget to visit the lagoon and go for kayaking. You can always go for a trek or diving. You get to experience the island all around! 😍✨🏝
How to reach Sumilon island:
Go to South Terminal Bus. Ride a Ceres Bus (the yellow one) which is bound to Lilo-an Port. The ticket will cost you 115 php if you're a student. Tell the conductor that you're heading to Sumilon island and the bus driver will drop you off to where you're gonna ride a passenger boat to Sumilon.
Sumilon day tour for weekdays is 1,500 php and 2,000 php for weekends. If you're planning to go there, making a reservation before your desired travel date is recommended or during the go day, due to the number of visitors.
